15 - Aldo Nova - Aldo Nova (1981)

 

Primeiro álbum desse guitarrista, tecladista, vocalista e produtor canadense. Aldo Nova faz parte do grupo de músicos / bandas de apenas um Hit de sucesso, mas talvez se você ouvir com carinho esse álbum, verá que poderiam tê-lo julgado errado, pois seu play de 1981 está recheado de lindas canções, como por exemplo a ''Fantasy'' que foi seu único sucesso, seguido de ''Foolin' Yourself'' e a minha preferida, a depressiva ''Can't stop Lovin' you''.

Nascido em 13 de novembro de 1956 em Montreal, Quebec, Canadá. Nova era visto como um herói nos clubes de sua cidade, graças a sua música, seu álbum de estreia foi produzido por ele mesmo. 

Como eu disse, Nova não teve grande sucesso, então abandonou a carreira solo. Ele trabalhou com Bon Jovi no início dos anos 80, tocando guitarra, sintetizador e percussão em suas gravações. E em 1991, com a ajuda do amigo Jon Bon Jovi, Nova voltou e lançou mais um álbum solo (O 4º de sua carreira) que não vingou, novamente. Nova também produziu alguns álbuns da Celine Dion, pra você ver como ele teve que se virar...

Nos anos 80 foram tantas bandas boas que apareciam ao mesmo tempo que não deu para todas terem um lugar ao sol, e Aldo Nova não conseguiu seu lugar lá, mas conseguiu aqui no Blog, (=P) agora é só você fazer o download e aumentar o volume quando soar o 1º acorde, quem sabe você não se apaixona por alguma música dele ?! E o risco é alto hein !
